What if Havening de-linked traumatically encoded memories in one session?

Havening is a set of groundbreaking psychological techniques that can quickly, easily, and effectively resolve a wide range of stress-related issues. It was created, researched, and developed over a 10 year period by the renowned American medical doctor and neuroscientist Dr. Ronald Ruden.

Havening has been hailed by many of his peers as one of the most significant ever breakthroughs in the fields of psychology and neuroscience.

Havening is a psycho-sensory therapy which means it uses pleasant psychological distraction techniques and relaxing touch. The treatment itself is very calming, comforting and relaxing, whilst producing extraordinary positive healing results.

Lifelong stresses, phobias, worries, and traumas can often be cleared completely and permanently within just one session!

The havening psycho sensory modality really is an amazing neuroscience healing tool that works wonders for PTSD, anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression.

The techniques are powerful tools that can be used to treat the consequences of encoded traumatic or stressful memories. Depending on the nature of the encoded trauma it can be done with guidance by a certified Havening Techniques practitioner or by oneself. It is a method, which has been designed to change the brain to de-traumatize the memory and remove its negative effects from both our psyche and body.

So how does The Havening Techniques® actually work?

When we apply the havening touch to our hands, arms & face, we activate a psychosensory input and flood our brains with delta waves. The delta waves then travel via an electroceutical signal into the thalamus where they are detected and converted to a calcium chemical known as calcineuron.

The Calcineurons then travel along the neural pathways & onto the amygdala where they enter in between the post and pre synapsis area of the amygdala. It is In the amygdala that they produce a chemical called PKM Zeta which then, in turn, melts the glue that holds something in place called an AMPA receptor.

Once the AMPA receptor has dissolved, the traumatically encoded emotion that was bound to the old memory becomes depotentiated (separated) and the emotionally negative charge leaves the body for good, once and for all.

I have space coming up in November for 1-1 sessions and also for the 8 week healing our inner child program.
